We extrude a wide range of rubber and plastic elastomers.
Our factory works with EPDM, silicone, NBR, CR, IIR, SBR, FKM, PVC, TPE/TPR/TPV and TPU. This lets us match material to temperature, chemical exposure, hardness, color and cost requirements rather than forcing a one-size-fits-all choice.

Common materials and their best uses
EPDM is the workhorse for outdoor hoses, seals and coolant lines because of its water, ozone and UV resistance. Silicone handles extreme temperatures (-60°C to 200°C+) and is ideal for food-contact or medical tubing. NBR offers excellent oil and fuel resistance. PVC and TPE/TPR/TPV provide lower-cost, recyclable options for appliance seals and grips. FKM is used when aggressive chemicals or very high heat are involved.
Material selection support
If you are unsure which polymer fits your product, send us your drawing, target application and operating conditions. Our engineers can recommend the right compound, hardness (Shore A 20–90) and color, and we can produce small test samples for validation before volume production.
