How fast can you make samples and tooling?

Fast tooling and sampling are built into our process.

We keep our tool room and prototype extrusion line ready for quick-turn samples. For straightforward profiles, we can cut tooling and produce samples within hours of confirming the drawing. Complex multi-layer hoses or braided assemblies may take a few days, but we always aim to compress the development cycle.

Typical sample lead times

Simple solid profiles and tubes: same-day or 24 hours after drawing confirmation. Sealing strips with adhesive backing or custom cross-sections: 1–3 days. Braided or reinforced hoses: 3–7 days depending on braid density and fitting requirements.
