Packing is part of the specification, not an afterthought.
Rubber hose deforms under pressure and picks up marks in transit, so how it is coiled and stacked matters as much as the compound. Every order is coil-wound, wrapped and palletised, with neutral or customer-branded labels as required.
Packing and shipping
- Packing: coil winding, protective film or bags, double-layer export cartons, and palletising with strapping for sea freight.
- Shipping: sea freight for volume, air or courier for samples and urgent replenishment, arranged through the forwarder you nominate or ours.
- Labelling: neutral labels, your own label, or printed marking on the part.

Secondary operations
Beyond extrusion, we run automatic cutting, inkjet marking and bonding equipment, which means a part can arrive at your line already cut to length, printed and assembled. Fittings and clamps can be supplied, and for automotive customers we build complete front and rear water-hose assemblies rather than loose hose.
