Who are your main customers and which countries do you export to?

Automotive, appliance and export buyers make up most of our volume.

Our order book is a mix of direct factory accounts and trading companies. On the direct side, most of the volume comes from automotive programmes and home-appliance manufacturers, which is why our process documentation and inspection records are built to OEM expectations rather than to a generic export standard.

Representative customers

• Automotive: component supply into programmes for Changan, Changan Ford, BYD and Yutong.
• Home appliances: dishwasher and small-appliance sealing parts for brands such as Robam.
• Industrial and electronics: cooling and protective tubing for cabinets, power and telecom equipment.

Export markets

We ship regularly to Italy and the United States, and we supply Amazon sellers who need neutral labels and FBA-friendly cartons. Shipments also go to Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and other overseas markets on request. Because we run both OEM programmes and small export orders on the same lines, a first trial order does not have to match the volume of a full container.
