What are your payment terms?

What are your payment terms?

Terms are set per order, not by a single fixed rule.

Different buyers carry different cash cycles, so we quote payment terms together with the price rather than publishing one rule for everyone. For a first order the usual arrangement is payment before shipment; for repeat business there is more room to move.

Typical arrangements

  • First order: full payment before shipment, or a deposit with the balance against shipping documents.
  • Repeat orders: deposit plus balance, timed to the production schedule you agree with our sales team.
  • Long-term partners: monthly settlement up to 60 days can be approved after the account history is established.

What is fixed regardless of terms

Inspection records, packing list and shipping documents are prepared the same way for every order. If your finance team needs a specific invoice format, currency or consignee detail, raise it at quotation stage so it appears on the proforma invoice rather than after production starts.
