What warranty do you provide and how are quality claims handled?

Warranty is written into the contract, and claims follow a documented route.

Service life depends far more on the application than on the compound alone, so the warranty period is agreed with the order: 5 to 10 years depending on the material, the medium and the operating conditions. That figure is stated on the contract, together with the conditions it assumes.

If something goes wrong

  • Trace it: every batch is recorded against machine, shift and compound, so we can pull the production and inspection data for the parts you received.
  • Review the cause: we compare the failed part against the retained sample and the inspection record to separate a production deviation from an application issue.
  • Resolve it: confirmed quality issues are handled by replacement or credit, with the replacement batch scheduled ahead of standard orders.

On-site support

We do not provide on-site technical service overseas. Support is handled through your local agent or your own engineering team, backed by us with documentation, video walkthroughs and, where needed, a joint review of the failed sample. For automotive accounts this has been enough to close claims without a site visit.
