Do you supply finished parts, or do you work on customer-supplied material?

Finished parts, from compound to packed carton.

We are not a toll processor that only runs someone else’s material through a machine. An order covers the whole chain: compound mixing, extrusion, curing, cutting or moulding, inspection, and packing for shipment. You receive a part that is ready to use, with the inspection record that goes with the batch.

Why it is set up that way

When material and process sit with one supplier, a quality problem has one owner. If a hose is out of tolerance or a seal fails a compression set test, we can trace it to the compound, the die or the cure cycle and fix the actual cause instead of pointing at the material supplier.

The exception

Customer-supplied compound is possible for long-term accounts that already have an approved material in their system. In that case we inspect the incoming batch, run a trial, and confirm the process window before production. Material performance responsibility stays with the supplied compound, which is a trade-off worth understanding before choosing that route.
