Quality is checked at every production stage.Every batch starts with raw-material verification, follows documented extrusion and curing parameters, and ends with dimensional and visual final inspection. This lets us validate compounds quickly instead of waiting for third-party results.Process control and documentationKey dimensions are checked at setup and at intervals during production. We use SPC on critical dimensions, and every order gets a final inspection report based on the agreed AQL.
