At RESRUB (Dongguan Xingfeiyu Rubber & Plastic Products Co., Ltd.), birthdays are more than a date on the calendar — they are a moment to recognize the people who make our company what it is.

Every month, our 113 team members who celebrate a birthday receive a small but heartfelt celebration at their workplace — a hand-decorated chalkboard wishing them well, a thoughtfully chosen gift, and warm wishes from colleagues gathered around them.

From the production floor to the open office, from R&D to sales, no one is left out. The chalkboard travels to the employee’s own work area — whether that’s a workstation by the extrusion line or a desk in our office — because we believe recognition should happen where the work happens.

This birthday program is a living expression of our company mission: “In pursuing the material and spiritual happiness of all employees, we deliver perfect rubber products that help our customers grow.” Founded in 2011 in Dalang, Dongguan, our 6,000 sqm facility runs 15 automated rubber extrusion lines with an annual capacity of 3,600 tons. Behind every metric is a person — and every person deserves to feel seen.
