3. Mold & Tooling Development - We design and produce the extrusion die or mold, keeping costs low and lead times short.
4. Sample Confirmation - You receive samples for fit, function and appearance testing. We iterate until you are fully satisfied.
5. Mass Production - After approval, we scale up production with consistent process control and in-line quality checks.
6. Inspection & Delivery - Every batch passes incoming, in-process and outgoing inspection before packaging and shipment.
