Description
CUSTOM SILICONE EXTRUSION This U-channel silicone edge trim clips over a panel edge to provide a soft protective contact surface and a neat finished perimeter. It can be evaluated for cabinet doors, machine access panels, acrylic covers, sheet edges and equipment housings. Grip geometry, wall thickness and hardness should be confirmed against the mating panel. Specify the profile width, height, cavities, lips, ribs, tolerances and cut length from your drawing or sample. Select the silicone grade, color and hardness according to the installation, temperature and contact requirements. Continuous lengths, cut pieces, colors and packing can be matched to the production process. Profile material only; installation hardware is not included. Please provide the drawing or sample, section dimensions, silicone grade, hardness, color, quantity, cut length and installation conditions.
