Which orders do you not accept?

We stay inside rubber extrusion instead of promising everything.Being clear about the limits saves both sides a quotation cycle. The items below are outside what our lines and tooling are built for, so we decline them rather than risk a batch that cannot meet specification. What we do not takeSteel-wire reinforced hose. We braid with fibre; we do not build wire-spiral or wire-braid reinforced constructions.Large-diameter hose. Our extrusion range ends at 110 mm outer diameter, so anything larger is out of scope.Ultra-short lead-time rush orders. Standard production is around 30 days; we would rather quote a date we can hold than promise a week.Work outside rubber extrusion. Unrelated products and pure trading items are not something we can support properly.Fibre braid, not steel wireWhat we do handleProfiles to your specWhat we do handle wellEPDM, silicone, NBR, CR, IIR, FKM and TPV hose and profiles from 1.5 mm inner diameter up to 110 mm outer diameter, with fibre-braided reinforcement, multi-colour extrusion and secondary operations such as cutting, printing and bonding. Small batches across several specifications are normal work for us, and new tooling takes 1 to 3 days.Next step: Send your drawing and we will confirm feasibility within one working day.Related Products & PagesRubber Customization ProcessEPDM Rubber HoseCustom Rubber Tubing

Who are your main customers and which countries do you export to?

Automotive, appliance and export buyers make up most of our volume. Our order book is a mix of direct factory accounts and trading companies. On the direct side, most of the volume comes from automotive programmes and home-appliance manufacturers, which is why our process documentation and inspection records are built to OEM expectations rather than to a generic export standard.Representative customersAutomotive: component supply into programmes for Changan, Changan Ford, BYD and Yutong.Home appliances: dishwasher and small-appliance sealing parts for brands such as Robam.Industrial and electronics: cooling and protective tubing for cabinets, power and telecom equipment.Hoses for appliance and industrial accountsAutomotive sealing stripExport-ready packagingExport marketsWe ship regularly to Italy and the United States, and we supply Amazon sellers who need neutral labels and FBA-friendly cartons. Shipments also go to Hong Kong, Macao, Taiwan and other overseas markets on request. Because we run both OEM programmes and small export orders on the same lines, a first trial order does not have to match the volume of a full container.Next step: Tell us your market and application and we will send comparable references.Related Products & PagesWhy Choose RESRUBEPDM Rubber HoseCustom Extruded Profiles
