Customization & Tooling

Do you keep stock moulds and semi-finished stock for faster delivery?

Common dies and semi-finished stock cut weeks off the first order.A new mould is only needed when the cross-section is new. For the sizes that repeat across orders, we keep the die in the tool room and hold semi-finished extrudate that can be cut to your length, inspected and packed without waiting for a full production slot. What is kept in stockCommon dies: 7x4, 8x4, 10x6 and 5x3 mm sections are the sizes ordered most often and stay in the tool room.Semi-finished stock: common bore sizes around 6, 8 and 10 mm, ready to cut to length.New tooling: 1 to 3 days, from RMB 500 depending on section complexity.Profiles held to specFrom inquiry to productionRapid prototyping stepWhere a new die is still the better routeIf your section differs only slightly from a stock die, we will say so: reusing the die and adjusting the compound is usually cheaper and faster than cutting a new one. When a new die is needed, we quote the tooling cost separately and confirm the sample before mass production.Next step: Send your section drawing and we will tell you whether a stock die fits.Related Products & PagesRubber Customization ProcessCustom Rubber TubingCustom Extruded Profiles

How fast can you make samples and tooling?

Fast tooling and sampling are built into our process. We keep our tool room and prototype extrusion line ready for quick-turn samples. For straightforward profiles, we can cut tooling and produce samples within 24 hours of confirming the drawing. Complex multi-layer hoses or braided assemblies may take a few days, but we always aim to compress the development cycle.6808 OEM Workflow08 WorkflowTypical sample lead timesSimple solid profiles and tubes: same-day or 24 hours after drawing confirmation. Sealing strips with adhesive backing or custom cross-sections: 1–3 days. Braided or reinforced hoses: 3–7 days depending on braid density and fitting requirements.No-cost design supportWe provide free design assistance and compound recommendations based on your application. You do not pay for mold design advice, and our MOQ for prototype orders is just 1 piece so you can validate fit, function and appearance before committing to volume.Next step: Send your drawing now and we will confirm sample timing within one business day.Related Products & PagesRubber Customization ProcessWhy Choose RESRUBSilicone & EPDM Extrusion ProfilesCustom Rubber Tubing

Do you support OEM/ODM and private labeling?

Yes — OEM, ODM and private-label projects are welcome. We act as a manufacturing partner for brands, distributors and equipment manufacturers. What customization options do you offer?

Almost every property of the product can be customized. We design and extrude rubber hoses, seals and profiles around your requirements. You can provide a 2D/3D drawing, a physical sample, photos or a written spec. Our engineers turn it into a production-ready tool and sample, often within 24 hours for simple profiles.Rubber profile cross-sectionsCustom extruded tubingLogo printing on profilesCustom colour matchingCustomizable parametersMaterial: EPDM, silicone, NBR, PVC, TPE/TPR/TPV, FKM and more. Color: matched to Pantone or RAL codes. Hardness: Shore A 20–90. Geometry: any cross-section we can tool, including hollow, bubble, lip, locking groove and multi-cavity profiles. Surface: smooth, textured, printed logo/part number, or pressure-sensitive adhesive backing.Low minimums for validationMOQ starts at 1 piece for prototypes and small trial orders. Once the design is approved, we can scale to volume production on our five large extrusion lines, with a daily output of 3–5 tons of compound and an annual extrusion capacity of 60 million metres.Next step: Upload your drawing or sample photo and get a custom quote.Related Products & PagesRubber Customization ProcessWhy Choose RESRUBRubber Extruded Profiles & Sealing StripsSilicone & EPDM Extrusion Profiles

Can you produce custom rubber hoses and sealing strips according to our drawings or samples?

Yes — RESRUB manufactures fully custom rubber hoses and sealing strips to your drawings or samples. Send us a 2D technical drawing, 3D CAD file (STEP / IGES / STL), a physical sample, or a written specification. Our engineering team will confirm the material, dimensions, hardness, color and performance targets, then build a prototype for your approval before mass production. We support both OEM (build to your print) and ODM (design suggestions and improvements) workflows for global B2B buyers. What we can customize Material EPDM, silicone, NBR, CR, IIR, FKM, TPV / TPE, PVC, and custom rubber compounds. Dimensions & Profile Hose inner diameter from 1.5 mm, up to 110 mm maximum outer diameter. Variable wall thickness, any length. Custom irregular strip profiles. Hardness Shore A 20 – 90, fine-tuned to your sealing or cushioning requirement. Color Any solid color matched to RAL / Pantone, including food-grade and UV-stable options. Performance Heat, oil, ozone, weather, flame-retardant, FDA / food-contact, anti-chemical grades on demand. Things to know before you order Tolerance: Standard ±0.5 mm on extruded dimensions. Tighter requirements are reviewed case by case during engineering review. Tooling: Standard sizes (round, square, D-shape) usually need no new die. Custom irregular profiles need a one-time tooling fee (refundable or amortised over order volume). MOQ: Hoses 500 m, sealing strips 1,000 m for mass production. Sample orders below MOQ are negotiable for first-time cooperation. Color & hardness confirmation: For new custom colors we recommend a small trial batch first to confirm the shade before bulk run. Ready to start?
